Kelly stepped in and was the overseer of repairs, cleaning, staging, photographing, marketing, showing, and taking offers and she did so as the total professional that she is! She even managed little hiccups and things that were left behind by the movers! Once I decided to sell, she handled everything—advising me on how to stage the property, what needed to be repaired and what didn't, what flourishes to add, and just as importantly, what to skip to keep costs down. She got the painter, stager, electrician, and cleaners in, coordinating everything and leaving us free to focus on our move. She even drove us to the hotel the night before our flight. After we moved out, she did an amazing job marketing it, putting together a 3D tour and website. She kept me in the loop every step of the way, giving me updates after each open house, how much engagement was happening online, who was interested, and market conditions. I especially appreciated how much she keeps her ear to the ground—networking with other agents, staying aware of what’s going on in the local community, and sharing what she learned with me in a very transparent way. She found a buyer quickly, and we entered contract shortly thereafter. Here we hit a snag related to the HOA and the buyer’s financing. She was all over the HOA, working closely with them, the buyer’s agent, and the lender to resolve the issue—hunting people down and following up daily to get us to closing as quickly as possible. Net: I would absolutely work with her again. Kelly understands that building trust is key to a smooth transaction. As a friend, neighbor and client, I really appreciated her honesty, transparency, and determination. It’s clear she loves her work and takes pride in doing right by her clients.
