Kelly and Jennifer were a great team! They brought it home!

Our realtor, Kelly Holtel, was simply outstanding. She came to us with a "high praise" recommendation, but that truly didn't do her justice. Kelly's knowledge, patience, and empathy made all the difference. We were selling a home we loved and transitioning to a senior community, so there were many aspects to that process that would have been much more challenging without her guidance. Sibcy Cline is very lucky to have her, and we were very fortunate to have found her. If we were going to buy or sell another home or property, our first call would be to Kelly Holtel. We are forever grateful. Rafael and Kimberly de Acha

Kelly was fantastic throughout the selling process. We worked through some challenging negotiations with the buyer that were unique and she helped guide us through them. She nailed the selling price and got us above asking! Great job Kelly.

We are so grateful for Kelly's hard work throughout the whole process! She always responded quickly to our questions. Her patience, honesty, and optimism create such a calming presence even during stressful situations. Thank you again Kelly!

As an inexperienced buyer, Kelly was very patient with me, and did a fantastic job walking me through the homebuying process. She is also very detail oriented and a fantastic problem solver. She also left a nice gift basket at the closing day which is a very nice and memorable touch. Whenever people ask me for agent recommendations, I always recommend them Kelly.

Kelly is very professional! We are extremely grateful for all of her hard work and attention to the details when selling our home. We highly recommend her services!!

Kelly was a dream to work with! She was so on top of everything and went far beyond our expectations. She took great care of us and kept our wants and needs in a home and in the process at the forefront. At the end of the day, she found us a home we could afford in our dream neighborhood! We highly recommend Kelly as a realtor and have already told our friends and family they should use her in the future.

Being the agent for myself and my family was such a blessing! I was able to find us exactly what we were looking for in a neighborhood we love and at a price we were comfortable with! I would not have changed anything about our experience and I know my family feels the same.

She was helpful and responsive. Found a great tenant for my needs.
