Kelly was better than great. She visited the first day, toured my father’s house, gave me ideas and a plan of action. It seems everyone wants things yesterday (me). Kelly showed poise, patience and knowledge through the whole sales process. I was given direction on moving forward. She checked in most days and when I got the house to the suggested point, Kelly put it on the market. There were five parties through the house prior to the open house. At least a dozen toured the day of the open house. After the offer was accepted, the buyer had many questions and a few times requested a lower price. Kelly’s patience and knowledge were invaluable. Questions were answered and issues were resolved due to her above qualities. I would very much recommend Kelly as an agent for anyone needing a real estate representative.
