Kelly was amazing extremely detailed oriented, very professional, and explained everything part of the process in a very clear and simple way. I will go to the process again and again with Kelly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Loved working with Kelly. Very communicative and thorough!

Finding the perfect home seemed like a challenge before we got together with our agent Kelly Donovan and her team. We literally got the dream team as things went quickly and smoothly. We are first time home buyers and were a bit worried that the process was going to be more stressful then it really was. But we had Kelly and let me tell you she was on top of it and made things stressfree for us. There wasn't one thing she wasn't on top of from start to finish. She listened to our needs and wants and made it her top priority to find exactly what we were looking for. Even at the end she fight to get us what we needed at closing. She always made herself available for any questions and concerns we had. I would highly recommend her and will be using her again if ever needed in the future. Thank you Kelly for helping to make our dreams come true helping us find our dream home. Brandy & Mike P.

We are working with an agent and we just dropped our prices 10k. Wanting to move soon

I cannot recommend Kelly Donovan at Berkshire Hathaway, highly enough. From the very beginning of my home search, she made the entire process seamless, stress-free, and even enjoyable. Kelly took the time to truly understand my needs, preferences, and budget she went above and beyond to find the perfect home for me. Her knowledge of the local market was incredibly impressive, and she offered thoughtful insights into each property we viewed, pointing out both the positives and areas that might require attention. Kelly was always available to answer questions, schedule showings, and offer expert advice without ever being pushy. I genuinely felt like she had my best interests at heart every step of the way. What truly stood out to me, though, was her attention to detail and communication. No question was too small, and I always felt fully informed throughout the entire process, from the initial search to negotiating the offer to closing. Her professionalism and dedication made all the difference. Thanks to Kelly, I found a beautiful home that I absolutely love! If you’re looking for an agent who is not only knowledgeable but also personable, dedicated, and trustworthy, Kelly Donovan is the one to work with. I am so grateful for her help and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Kelly from start to finish was a true PROFESSIONAL. Her communications accommodation, and professionalism were 10/10. Kelly got her buyers to the finish line and I would love to do another deal with her!

Kelly is a rock star in my book. She was so positive, helpful, resourceful, kind professional. I could not have done this big purchase without her. I’m so appreciative and lucky she was my agent!! I would recommend her for sure!

Kelly worked with me for months via text and email from out of state and gathered information on what we were looking for. When my house sold quickly she was receptive to showing me a multitude of homes with little notice of my arrival to Florida. Kelly worked diligently to make sure our questions were answered and our best interests were taken care of. I cannot recommend her or Berkshire Hathaway any higher or I would. 5 star service all around!

U are great
