Kelly did an amazing job. She had my house sold in 24 hours for a fair amount above the asking price. She also got me a good allowance on the house I bought. Anyone looking to buy or sell I would highly recommend her.

She worked so hard to sale my house I will tell the world how great of a person she is and a joy to work with

So glad I got her as my agent, she was wonderful from start to finish and I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a real estate agent!

Kelly Deaton was a blessing for us while buying our first home . It couldn't have been easier, faster , and stress free . It was literally an absolute pleasure working with her !

House went on the market and had a contract in about a week. Closed, in about 3. Couldn't ask for better. Kelly Deaton is a wonderful agent, she worked the deal and made it effortless!

Kelly was fantastic in helping me locate the right home for me. She was quick at getting answers for me and was always polite and professional.

Kelly operates above the standard of professionalism in the current chaotic trend in real estate. She is equipped with life experiences that position her with the ability to deal with complicated dynamics. Her background enables her to bring buyer and seller together despite these unpredictable forces. I recommend a Reece Nichols agent with such personal and professional skills; KELLY DEATON!!!

Kelly is a phenomenal realtor and I have already given her name to many people.
