It was instantly obvious to us that Kelly was a very smart lady who knew exactly what steps to take to successfully sell our home. This included hiring a professional photographer who she knew would take fantastically good photos of our house (inside and outside) for the MLS listing. In addition, Kelly knew exactly how to arrange our furniture and window treatments so they would have the most effective staging appeal. Kelly took over and quickly and flawlessly did every job that an agent needed to do to place our home on the market. Kelly was truly professional from day one until our sale closing date. Perhaps even more important than all this was that we found Kelly to be one of the nicest, kindest persons that we had ever met. This may sound strange, but meeting and working with Kelly was so pleasant that the entire selling process all the way up to the closing date could actually be described as a “very fun experience.” Kelly sold our house in nine days so our frequent meetings and phone conversations are no longer needed. But Kelly was (and is) so special that we look forward to remaining very close friends with Kelly for many years into the future.
