I have had the pleasure of working with Kayla on 2 separate occasions the first time was during the most difficult time of my life, I had just lost my husband and it was right smack in the middle of covid. I was living in Kitchener at the time so coming to Peterborough was very difficult. With the help of my eldest son, he and Kayla viewed homes while on video with me. Thankfully I was able to find a home and able to get everything done by closing. After 3 years I decided to sell my house here in Peterborough, I knew who I was going to contact. Kayla return my message letting me know she was on vacation but sent a fellow colleague over to get the ball rolling until she got back. This really touched me, not only did she take time out of her vacation to help me but, she sent someone over the next day. Kayla did not have to do this but by doing so it shows that she cares about the people she represents. There should be more people like Kayla. I can't remember exactly how I found them I think it was when I requested information about a property that I was interested in looking at. They called me back right away and set up showings for my son to go on. That initial call is what let me know that Kayla and Kyle were the ones I wanted to work with.
