Kayla is a fantastic real estate agent! She was knowledgeable, compassionate, and responsive and we appreciated her flexibility and willingness to work around our busy schedules. These qualities are a testament to how much Kayla loves her job and we could not have imagined another agent helping us navigate the process of purchasing a home. We are grateful for Kayla’s help and we would recommend her for all of your needs!

Kayla was the perfect fit for our family as we went on a search for a very particular house. She took into consideration all the most important things on our list. She was always willing to try to accommodate our complicated schedules and answer multiple questions. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She knows her stuff a and pulls through with all the detail work in a relaxed confident manner. She was a joy to work with and made a very overwhelming process become much less daunting.

We chose Kayla Allen as our realtor when we decided to move from Florida to West Virginia. We only had a few days to come to WV to tour houses, so Kayla cleared her schedule to show us houses in the local area. Unfortunately, we were unable to find a house based on that visit, so after returning back to Florida, she then did very in-depth video tours on houses that we were interested in. Based on her hard work, knowledge of what we were looking for, and knowledge of the banking and lending process, we were able to find a beautiful home, in a fantastic neighborhood, that we are very happy with! On top of her professionalism and real estate knowledge, she is super friendly, a great communicator, and just a pleasure to work with! This move from Florida to West Virginia would not have been possible without Kayla!

Working with Kayla Allen was smooth and easy! She was quick to respond and get answers to any questions we had going through the process of purchasing our home. She was flexible with her schedule to fit our needs as well. We highly recommend getting in touch with her for your next home purchase!

Kayla Allen was our realtor that we met back in March of 2023 who has helped us find our beautiful home . From start to finish she has stood by our side through it all and what ever we asked of her it has been done with no hesitation at all and she communicated with us at all times. When we hit a rough part in the process of getting our home she didn’t hesitate at all to help us she or back down she managed another solution and got it going for us I would so Highly recommend anyone to her she gets the job done and if doesn’t know the answer to something she most definitely will find out for you. And she will get back with on everything and keep you in the loop of the whole process of buying your dream home . We thank you so much Kayla Allen for all your hard work of helping us get our dream home . I would definitely use you again if I ever needed you again you did an awesome job in all of it and got it done and made it happen .
