The Best... you need more like her.

We just want to express our true and sincere appreciation and recommendation for our realtor, Kay Stalvey. We've bought and sold many homes over the years (too many) and have generally had good luck finding a quality realtor to help us sell our homes. While we have had good realtors in the past absolutely NONE have been better than Kay. We tend to find ourselves living in properties that most people do not want (too far out, etc.) and, as such, there are typically only a few interested buyers. This was the case with our home that Kay listed but the difference was the persistence that she showed in getting the deal closed when we received an offer. Kay could write a book about the nightmare of a deal we had with numerous outside problems but she never gave up, went well above and beyond what other realtors have done before, and ended up getting the contract closed. We cannot see any chance that another realtor could have pulled this off (or would even want to with the massive time involvement required) and are lucky that Kay was there for us. However what impressed us most was Kay's honesty in dealing with us, the buyers, and all the outside issues that arose. If you are looking for a realtor to sell your property or help you find a new one we can highly recommend you working with Kay as there simply cannot be many other realtors out there of this incredibly high caliber.
