My agent, Kay Hart, was outstanding dealing with the issues we incurred while dealing with the settlement company, MBH. It was a tough few days dealing with MBH and Kay was great dealing with both the processor and the settlement lawyer. It was NOT an easy settlement, to say the least. Kay was very helpful and professional in order to ensure the funds to be wired to me were correct (they originally wired an incorrect amount). Good job Kay! So glad to have her help.
