She was very knowledgeable and on the ball (we were under contract within 24 hours of our house being on the market). Katy helped us throughout the entire selling process and was quick to respond to any questions we had. She was extremely helpful with the purchase of our new house as well. She showed us as many houses as our hearts desired and when we finally found the one the sellers were not easy to deal with but she handled it all with grace and professionalism.
