We truly loved working with Katie. She is warm, personable, and exceptionally organized — always on top of every detail. What could have been a stressful time for us felt seamless and effortless thanks to her dedication and care. We would recommend Katie to anyone and would work with her again. She is genuinely outstanding, both professionally and as a person.
Kathy was also incredible—a true secret weapon who knows absolutely everything about selling a house. Her knowledge and insight were invaluable throughout the entire process.
Katie was amazing! As first time homebuyers, Katie made us feel incredibly comfortable throughout the entire process. She was knowledgeable of the area and aware of the current market. She was very accommodating to anything we needed and even connected really well with our two year old while we looked at some houses! We could not have had a better experience with Katie and would recommend her to anyone. Kathy and Kim were amazing as well and made the closing experience memorable. We are so grateful!
Katie was amazing. I struggle with some things that absolutely impacted looking at houses and many of the steps of buying a new home. She never had a question of “why?”. She just heard me and worked with me on what I needed or came up with possible solutions before we even got to the step so they were non-issues before they even had a chance to be an issue! I could not have asked for a better match. She and Kathy Brown were phenomenal with me every step of the way. You have a tremendous agent on your team.
Katie was wonderful, from start to finish. She was knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, patient (and we needed it!) and just fun to be around. She genuinely cared about us, and was always available to us. I can't offer enough superlatives. She was simply the best. And we feel we've made a friend. Thank you, Katie!!
All I can say is WOW. We were relocating from Colorado and Zillow just happened to select Katie as our realtor and it was a magical experience. I know realtors are supposed to drive for showings and offer great service and insight but Katie went above and beyond. We were still in Colorado so she drove all over giving us virtual showings and we trusted her advice on the houses, areas and her insight on the school districts. We were undecided on the area we were moving to so we had several realtors across several states and Katie was the best by a long shot. Thank you Katie for the best experience ever!
