Katie coordinated the myriad elements of the purchase process from property selection to the final closing.

Katie was very responsive and helpful. I appreciate her honesty and clarity throughout the process!

Guided me through the whole process, activated a bidding war and sold my house for 10% over asking.

Always responsive, addressing all concerns. Lovely person to work with and made the process of moving much easier.

Katie made the purchase of our new home such a wonderful experience. She was able to provide great recommendations for everything you need when buying a home. Her quick responses to our questions helped keep our minds at ease throughout the whole process. I 100% recommend using Katie Berry for purchasing and or selling a home.

We are pleased to report that Katie Berry is an excellent, passionate, very knowledgeable, and experienced realtor!!! When we lived in St Louis, she successfully sold three of our properties! She listened to our wants and needs, and quickly found buyers for the properties!!! She managed to make the process simple and successful!!! We highly recommend Katie to sell your property!! Katie found the perfect house for me and sold my old condo in less than two weeks. She’s amazing and a lot of fun to work with. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Katie is the best! She is a wealth of knowledge and experience. We have bought or sold three properties with her. She’s very flexible and responsive to questions and changes. Katie will give you an honest opinion and great advice. I also loved the policy work she’s involved in, though that didn’t play into our transactions. She knows St. Louis and the surrounding area like the back of her hand. So well-travelled and speaks Spanish, she’s really an asset to whatever your goals are. And her personality is a shot of caffeine. She’ll be just excited about your home as you are.
