Katie Goodwin is the "REAL" in Real Estate! Integrity, competence, informational and "first class", are synonomous with this amazing lady. I called her from Maryland, in December 2025, about her listing in Wilmington somewhat just out of curiosity. Katie returned my call promptly and followed up with several other properties my investor friend and I may find appealing. Throughout December, being long distance, we communicated often, building a genuine trust between ourselves. As owners of our own homes and investment properties my partner and I have over 75 years of combined real estate transactions, ranging from residential to commercial and industrial properties. Katie always responded with the kind of professional standards we honestly have not received in many of our past transactions . We met in January, and within just 2 months, coming from Maryland and Raleigh, my partner and I settled on the perfect home. Katie Goodwin knows how to make dreams come true!!!

Katie is EXCELLENT! We highly recommend considering her as your realtor. She truly took the time to help us find our dream home here in NC. Katie is extremely thorough and makes sure buyers don’t overlook any potential issues with a home. She also goes above and beyond by helping connect clients with reliable contractors to make any desired updates. We are so grateful for her dedication and expertise!

"Katie was amazing to work with! She was professional, thorough, and very responsive. Katie’s knowledge of the real estate market was very helpful during the negotiation process, and we knew that we were in great hands. Since we were relocating to a new state, we were a little stressed, but Katie made it a smooth experience, and alleviated our worries. It was truly a pleasure working with her during this process, and I would highly recommend her."

Katie was such an amazing agent. Every curve we threw at her she was on it! Just as we felt defeated she found “The Perfect House”! She’s the best agent we have ever worked with. Very knowledgeable, flexible and detailed oriented. She always put our needs first and kept on top of all our deadlines. Just can’t say enough about her and her work ethics.

Katie is the ultimate professional. We have had several realtors over the years and not one held a candle to her. Not only is she an absolute rockstar realtor, but she is also the most efficient. She anticipated our every need before we had a chance to ask. Katie made the homebuying process completely stress free-something I would have never thought possible. She is a fierce advocate and strong negotiator. Because of Katie, we literally got every single thing we wanted. We were hesitant buyers but she was patient and easygoing throughout. i would never consider using another realtor and highly recommend Katie without hesitation.

Katie is a true picture of patience. We had a long journey with this process due to unforeseen circumstances out of anyone’s control and she never left our side or gave up hope , she went through the journey with us, right by our side. Katie kept us updated daily and never left us in the dark. She had everyone on the team working overtime for us. For a roller coaster, what a smooth ride! We would recommend Katie to anyone!

I want to disclose I am a licenses NC home inspector. I work with hundreds of realtors.. Katie has made it to the handful that I can count off the fingers of my hand that really care and has a good conscious about the properties she sells. She truly wants her buyers to understand everything about the property they are purchasing. To me that deep-seated characteristic of ethical principles and consistently staying with them is irreplaceable.

Simply the best! Katie offers a warm professional approach with complete attention to detail While guiding you through the process of buying/selling a home she is right there with you through the entire process. We highly recommend her !

Katie was amazing. She listened to what I "thought" I wanted. Took me to see what I "thought", listened even more then, provided me additional houses to view. The very next house I saw was the one. That night she worked to put the offer together and by 10:30pm the offer was accepted. From then on until closing, she made sure everything was in order. From home inspections, to septic inspections, crawl space and even HVAC. She "has a guy". I commented about getting the porch pressure washed and she replied "I got a guy for that". Katie has be an invaluable resource for me, as I am new to the area and knew no one. She has become family through this process. I would recommend Katie without reservation!!!!!

Katie was a sure pleasure to work with. She listened to what I was looking for in my new home and she delivered. She is very professional and friendly and made sure she kept me updated throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend her expertise and service. Very happy client
