Our agent, Kathy Shipley, was simply the best real estate agent we've ever encountered. The fact she lives just up the street was certainly a plus, but she deftly guided us through the process with ease. She knows her stuff and was meticulous in her guidance. Simply outstanding!

I loved working with Kathy Shipley, she explained everything to us clearly, was very proactive in all the steps and very professional. Thank you for making our life easy through this process!

Kathy Shipley is wonderful. She is thorough, knows "her stuff", listens to questions and provides the information needed. She follows through on everything.
