We love Kathy - excellent at her craft. So personable, yet firm at the table.

Kathy was so wonderful to work with!!

Kathy helped guide us through an incredibly challenging experience in the sale of our home. Without her skill and expertise I'm not sure things could have turned out as well as they did. She was ever present and available to offer guidance and support. We were very fortunate to have her at our side.

Kathy was fabulous! These lifetime experiences have many ups and downs. Kathy was able to smooth things out as much as possible making the experience as enjoyable as possible. Her reputation in the industry is deserved as it is earned. Her contacts: financial, legal and other professionals, proved invaluable. We can’t say enough great things about her and the team she put together. Thank you doesn’t begin to sum up our gratitude.

If I could give Kathy 6 stars, I would! She is so knowledgeable of what it takes to buy and sell a home, and is always available, prompt, and on top of her game when you need her. Not only is she warm and friendly, but truly cares about her clients and went above and beyond for our family to help us sell our home. She is thoughtful, detail oriented, always responsive, and available to help in any way we need. She is the best and we cannot recommend her enough!

Working with Kathy was an outstanding experience from start to finish. She went above and beyond every step of the way, making what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. She was always available to answer questions, kept us informed throughout the entire process, and truly had our best interests at heart. If you're looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, responsive, compassionate, and fully committed to her clients, I highly recommend Kathy McKinney!

We had an amazing experience working with Kathy! She made the entire process smooth and stress free! Since it was our first time buying she was always there with any questions we had and we learned so much from her which we appreciated so much. Truly can’t thank Kathy enough for helping us find our dream home - we wouldn’t have been able to do it without her!

Kathy is a very seasoned realtor with a lot of knowledge of the market and negotiating tools! Equal to that if not more important, her people skills are phenomenal. She truly had my best interests in mind as we explored properties and she was not just going for the sale. Between her experience, organization and people skills she is quite a gem of a realtor and I'll miss communicating with her regularly.

Kathy McKinney is a gem of a realtor and a person! She has so much wisdom about the housing market and negotiating tools. It is also evident how much she cares about her clients' best interests above making the sale!

There are absolutely zero negatives I can say about our experience with Kathy. We would not have closed on our house with someone else on our side, period. Kathy not only communicates exceptionally well, but she uses a fine touch with all parties involved (my wife and I, the Seller's agent, attorneys, etc.), and I think that was the primary difference maker that put us in a position to get our first house. For what it's worth, we did encounter a challenge with our original lender, and when it seemed as though our purchase was in jeopardy Kathy immediately introduced us to a new lender who got us a Clear to Close 6 days later. This was incredibly impressive and it saved our deal, and Kathy retained a sense of calm, control and protection at a time of great stress for us, her clients. This is a quality that I believe is reserved for only the most consummate professionals, which is what Kathy is. We have been bragging to others about how lucky we were to have found Kathy, and I will gladly refer others to her and her team whenever someone I know is interested in buying a home in the area.
