We have beef working with Kathy since we bought our first Rhode Island property over five years ago. She’s someone we can trust and depend on. Her years of experience have benefited us greatly. We’ll always call her for future real estate needs.

This was our sixth transaction with this agent, do you really have to ask why?

Kathy is a fantastic realtor and even better person. Professional, knowledgeable and one who knows the market . Trusted her judgement previously , trusted her this sale and will use her again--thanks sincerely Kathy from Bob Marinaro

Kathy found us the house and managed the process with no issues. It was great. I have bought many houses and this was the best experience.

Kathy is a wonderful person. She’s knowledgeable and sincere and knows her stuff. She was always attentive and caring. We picked the right person for our sale

This is my third time using Kathy Kourakis as my real estate agent. She is knowledgeable, professional, caring, and always goes the extra mile. Over the years, she has patiently set up numerous showings for me to look at houses all over the South County region. She helped me sell my last home, for which I received multiple offers and an outstanding sale price. Most recently, she negotiated an excellent purchase agreement for my current home....everything I wanted. I tell everyone that I have the best real estate agent in Rhode Island. I cannot say enough good things about Kathy, and I can't thank her enough.
