Kathy was beyond exceptional during this process. Relocation is not easy for anyone and having someone who is very nowledgeable, patient and caring made this easier to manage. Kathy Jones was exceptional to work with. Fortunately, we started the listing process a year prior to actual listing and was able to get her advice and guidance on what it would take to list. She provided a staging consultant at her expense. The consultant provided paint recommendations, lighting recommendations, granite countertop recommendations and furniture staging recommendations. Both Kathy and the staging consultant provided contractor recommendations that did great work. Kathy also provided excellent advice and warnings with regards to Home Owner Association (HOA) inspections. We started dealing with the association early, finding out from them their inspection was good for one year which allowed the time to get contractors and deal with any appeals as needed. Kathy educated us on the new ways homes were being sold, importance of internet showings, timing of listing, closing costs and processes. Kathy is very patient and provides great instruction.
