I had been searching for a year and a half and was absolutely frustrated with my previous Realtor. A co-worker referred me to Kathy and she got right to work. That same day she sent me a list of properties that fit my search criteria. She looked at all of them so we wouldn’t waste time and ended up taking them all back off the list. Kathy really did have my best interest at heart. Not to worry, a new construction popped up and it was perfect. A week later I was signing a contract! Dreams do come true. I would recommend Kathy to anyone in the market for a home.
