When I made my offer on the house, Kathy was in contact with me all through the proceedings guiding me and helping me make decisions that were wise and not impulsive. I was buying this house on my own and it was a little scary for a first time venture and being a senior citizen also. She made me feel at ease and confident I was doing the right thing. Even though I have closed on my new home, I am remodeling and Kathy is STILL helping me. She has so very much information and knows so many people. She helped me find the most qualified and informative insurance agent I have ever had and made that transition a breeze. Kathy was not pushy or too talkative and gave me time to think and not feel rushed. The bottom line is that Kathy Harris is the epitome of professionalism and good taste. A lovely Southern lady with grace and charm, yet can get the job done in every respect and right on time, every time. I have worked with a lot of realtors but she is the best! IF ever I need a realtor again, it will be Kathy Harris and I recommend her to anyone who needs a realtor who can fill your every need and desire for a new home.
