Kathy is the best realtor I've worked with. She helped me buy and later sell my home in Wilmington. One has to spend allot of time with a realtor during a house search. Kathy's warmth and charm made this not only easy, but something I looked forward to. Kathy knows the Cape Fear market and understands the particulars and culture of the area. She was informative about different areas that I was considering when buying. She was clear with me and the other party during the process. She was quick to react and clam when the pressure was on. Kathy even helped me with advice when negotiating the purchase of my home in my current city. In 2013, Kathy helped me purchase my first home. When I was ready to move to something a little larger I didn't hesitate to contact Kathy for my next home. She was amazing in helping me find just the right home. She knows everyone in town and was so helpful in finding the right inspector, the right contractor to do some work, etc., etc. After closing, which went incredibly smoothly, Kathy helped me list my former home and she got it sold in ONE day! She knows the market and knows the how to get the job done. Every buyer/seller gets nervous at some point in the process, and Kathy is very skilled at talking me off the ledge when I was worried about an issue. I can't say enough good things about her professionalism, her dedication, and her calm under pressure.

Kathy Foster has an enormous amount of knowledge, experience and wisdom. We flew into Wilmington from out of town and in 2 days saw 27 houses that included our present home. Kathy is a great listener and immediately understood our goals and, equally important, our family dynamics.
