Prior to our purchase we visited 30 different houses and put forth 5 contracts to purchase. We were beat out on all but the house we purchased. Our realtor knew that my wife like one property, that we saw, but it did not go through. She searched for the builder to see if he had a similar property that was available. The builder stated that he did have a house that would be available but had not listed it. Kathy made arrangements for us to see the house and we made an offer.
