KATHY BADGER is a Broker Associate at The Real Estate Group in Springfield, IL bringing buyers & sellers together for nearly 30 years.  Kathy specializes in residential & new home construction.  She works extensively with local residents, assists individuals & families relocating to Springfield,  including individuals joining the medical community in Springfield as well as business community leaders.  Kathy has a passion for the Arts in the Springfield Community, is a former two-term board member of the Springfield Art Association.  Kathy volunteers as a mentor in the Springfield Public Schools & The Matthew Project, serving homeless children in our area.  Kathy serves as Treasurer of Laurel United Methodist Church and is a member of the Finance Committee.Kathy's priority is ensuring the happiness of her clients & helping them get acclimated in the communities in which they live and work.Kathy has been married to her husband, Michael for 23 years. Michael is a Springfield Police officer. She and Mike have 5 adult children and 6 grandchildren they adore.
