I’ve known Kathy for years. I met her through my aunt that was also an agent and trusted Kathy to take care of our family’s real estate needs. She always gets the job done and quickly! She knows the Raleigh market and will have your best interest at heart. I plan to use her again in the future. She just sold property number 3 for us!

We have bought and sold 6 properties with Kathy and Bob, with great experiences each time! Kathy and Bob provide insightful and helpful advice to prepare your home for a quick sale as well as exceptional market knowledge and expertise when contemplating a purchase.

Kathy is a real estate miracle worker.   My wife and I had purchased a home in early spring of 2019 before meeting Kathy.   We used a national discount broker, and found a house we really liked.  We decided to buy our new house before selling our old one, ends up it sat for about 120 days in what  was otherwise a hot market.   After meeting Kathy half way through this process at a social event, we became quick friends.  She is spunky and ULTRA knowledgable about the Raleigh housing market. After some frustrations with our current listing with the national broker, we decided to pull our house off the market and re-evaluate. We decided to speak to Kathy, and some others in the area about our home.  It was a consistent opinion that the company we had listed with didn't have such a great reputation when it came to local agents wanting to work with them. We decided to let Kathy have a shot at the sale of our home.  After 5 months passing from our original listing date (old company), time was of the essence.  Out of the gate, Kathy and her team jumped in with full force.  At basically the same price we stopped at, she sold our house in 14 days!   To say my wife and I were shocked would be an understatement.  She did an amazing job, working with a tough buyer/offer, tight timeline, impatient sellers (me), and a listing time at the end of summer after school had already started. I would recommend Kathy to anyone who needs someone to take the bull by the horns to buy or sell their home.  She knows what she is doing. 100% Thank you Kathy

Bob & Kathy Ridick with Sue & Will Pendleton on their closing day! We know we will love your new home in Wake Forest! Welcome back to NC!

Kathy Ridick went above and beyond the measures necessary to market and sell my family home in Raleigh. Kathy and her husband Bob make a terrific team and are available from the first meeting until closing. For me and my family, this was an emotional sell since it was my family home after the passing of my father. She was there no matter what hour or question, always professional and yet personal, when I needed it most. The journey was as pain free as possible. She assisted my husband and I with staging that we did not know how to do- even coming in at the end and putting her personal touch on this precious family heirloom. Her service and professionalism sets the mark above anyone I have ever worked with and one for others to follow. We had our first offer with the first showing and signed the contract in just three days. I would recommend her to anyone for any size or price of their property. I am forever grateful.

Huge kudos to Kathy! We started out wanting to look for a rental since we were moving from out of state. Even though it was not the norm for her, she said she would help. (And even though there wasn’t much upside for her.) Then on a dime we decided to buy. And what a whirlwind. Everything was a fast turn-around with a very slow seller (not the normal homeowners, but Zillow). Getting them to respond or react was like pulling teeth. We are so thankful for Kathy’s sage advise and her ability to guide us through a not-so-typical home buying process. She really went above and beyond for us!!

Thanks so much to our wonderful clients that help us receive the top 8% of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Agents!

Another happy homebuyer Debi Setzer and family!
