Kathryn did an excellent job representing me as a home buyer. She was very responsive and eager to help me with any concerns. Kathryn went beyond my expectation. She methodically worked to make sure that I was able to maximize my negotiations throughout the contract process. I have purchased many properties throughout my life and Kathryn is the best realtor I have ever used!!!

Kathryn was an excellent agent helping us to successfully find and close on a house during our relocation to the Bham area.

Amazing help! Definitely a wonderful go-getter!

Phenomenal work effort. Incredible person with high energy and dedication. She does hover and allows you space when reviewing homes. Best experience second to none.

Kathryn was very responsive and attentive. She always made time for us, answered all of our questions or found the answers in the event she didn’t immediately have the information. She was wonderful to work with, always positive and eager to get us everything we needed.
