Kathryn Mullin’s real estate expertise has grown and developed over 25 years in sales, new construction and home design. Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, Kathryn entered the industry in 1987 as a licensed sales associate and investment analyst. Later, she became active in residential sales, went on to earn her broker’s designation and became owner and managing partner of a successful home design and building firm.Kathryn’s special focus on the luxury real estate market has seen her work with homebuyers and sellers from Naples, FL, to Manhattan, NY. As a licensed broker and top producer of luxury apartment sales in Manhattan, she achieved notable success on behalf of her customers in one of the world’s most competitive luxury real estate markets. From 1993-2000, she co-managed a firm specializing in architectural and interior design, home construction and real estate services, for which she oversaw a sales team and worked closely with clients to achieve their vision. During this time, she also served as President of the local Board of Realtors, and Chairman of the Professional Standards and Grievance Committees.Kathryn earned her MBA in Marketing and Personnel Relations. In her spare time, she enjoys jogging, golf and tennis, and is also a licensed private pilot.
