When we found a patio home to purchase, we called Kathryn to help with process. See was well organized and kept us informed all along the way. Then came time to sell our house. We had time before the big move to take some items to the new home and get our house ready to have photos taken for the listing. Kathryn was wonderful in suggesting what items to have in the house so that it would show well. She also did her research on comparable homes in the area and suggested a sale price that we were comfortable with. We listed our house on a Friday in mid March and had multiple offers in two days for more than our listed price. We accepted one of the offers and closed three weeks later. We were requested to make a few repairs and Kathryn had companies she has worked with, trusted and were affordable to get the repairs completed on time before the closing date. She scheduled and met with repair companies so that we didn’t need to interrupt our schedules. That’s what experience brings. Our experience with Kathryn was just amazing.
