Kathryn is knowledgeable, capable, patient and an absolute pleasure to work with. We have worked with many brokers in the past 40 years and Kathryn is by far the broker we enjoyed working with the most and who got us the most successful outcome. We very highly recommend her.

Kathryn was professional and thorough in locating a property that was perfect for us. The entire transaction was smooth and was completed in a timely fashion. In addition, she was very helpful in locating services for us for repairs on the purchased property. Kathryn also was instrumental in selling a property which was in dreadful condition and in my opinion an impossibly difficult sale. The location was 141 Austin Road, Mahopac, New York. 10541. I would most certainly recommend Kathryn Finelli. In addition to her capability, professionalism, and knowledge of real estate market and business, she is also a lovely person. Sonya Parriott

Friends of ours were raving about their Realtor, Kathryn Finelli .... so we contacted her when we were looking for a new home in Bedford. She was very knowledgeable about the market, extremely patient and professional. We were very happy to have the opportunity to work with her, and will definitely recommend her to our friends as well.
