We hired the best realtor in the area to sell our home. Kathleen Thayer thank you so much for all your hard work.

Kathleen has been extremely helpful and professional in helping us buy our lake home. If we had any questions she was quick to reply. She watched out for our well-being and was always prompt in finding answers to our questions. I would definitely use her again with confidence! Great job Kathleen!!

Kathleen has been very helpful and professional. We couldn’t be more pleased!

Kathleen was amazing! My wife and I had a very specific budget and style of home we wanted. Kathleen did all the research and found our perfect home! During the whole process, she took the time to explain things and made the whole process easier! We moved from Milwaukee to Rhinelander, and the process was hectic. However, Kathleen made everything 100% easier! My wife and I were very impressed with her, and it made the whole process much smoother! If you are in need of a home, Kathleen is the agent for you!  Thank you, Kathleen and First Weber!!!!
