Kathleen was easy to work with and I really appreciated getting her opinion regarding the sections/neighborhoods of the areas I was considering. Although I've been coming to the Belmar/Bradley Beach/Avon area for many, many years, I really didn't know anything about the streets and neighborhoods where I was searching. She showed me every property I requested to see and in a very timely manner and we discussed each one in detail. Kathleen also made the most important suggestion to me about the property I ultimately purchased. As soon as she personally toured that property, she was on the phone with me, encouraging me to go see it immediately because it wasn't going to last on the market very long. However, I was reluctant because I had recently moved to an apartment and figured that my search for a new place would certainly last several more months and that I was nowhere near finding a place I could love.
