Kathleen was awesome and there every step of the way. We lived over 2 hours away but she was alwaysbothered for us when we couldn t be. She not only helped us find our home but gave us great suggestions for the inside design portion of our home as well. She was a one stop shop and helped us in so many ways. Kathleen did an amazing job! In the beginning we couldn't decide if we wanted to sell or to rent it out. She advised us to sell and boy was she right. She was able to help us get the house ready to sell much earlier than we anticipated and then did a great job of walking us through the entire selling process.
