There is not much to say other than that Kathleen Leo is an "all-star" agent. She exceeds the performance of what one would expect for an average agent. She is way above average and might I say, excellent. First, her professionalism and integrity is evident and this is why I have used her for two separate homes. She is punctual, attends to every detail and at the same time, teaches you about real estate. To this end, she is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. Her communication is top-notch- you always know where you stand and she is never intrusive as you hear other say about their agents. Her negotiation skills are accurate and professional- never like that of a real estate "shark". Again, this goes to her professionalism and thoroughness. Finally, she communicates well with the other agent, taking this off of the client's plate of worries. I would recommend Kathleen Leo to anyone and when they choose anyone else, they are depriving themselves of consistent excellence.
