Kathy was amazing, truly could not have asked for a better realtor. She had plenty of experience with VA loans which made the process much more simple. We had so many issues with our loan company, and it was a lot of back and forth. Kathy addressed everything in a quick manner and exceeded our expectations. It came to the point that our house was still not closed on within days of having to move, and Kathy worked night and day to ensure it got completed. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.
Kathleen help from the beginning to end was more than what I could of expected from any realtor. She new exactly what needed to be done and ensured that it was taken care of. I'm stationed in NJ and signing any and all papers were so easy when it came time to do them.
