Our search for a townhome was very successful. We are most happy with our new home in Red Bank. We consider it a real find. Katie was the best we could have ever asked for. In such a tumultuous market, Katie stood by our side for months as we lost house after house and went above and beyond to make sure we had all of the information we needed. She even previewed houses for us to make sure they were worth our while and always made us feel like she had time for our endless questions. After finally getting an offer accepted, she worked with us to sell our current home. We honestly feel without her advice and recommendations for list price - it would not have sold for how high it did!! We feel so lucky to have had Katie as our realtor.

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Katie and I wish Zillow provided more categories to give Katie *five* stars. She understood the needs of our family right off the bat and the entire process felt very much like a team effort. At one point, we had an urgent school registration question at 8pm at night. Within the hour, she had us on an email with the principal. What I enjoyed most about working with Katie was her honesty, transparency, and cool demeanor during such a stressful market.
