We are so fortunate to have Katherine in our corner. Her expertise is evident, but what really set her apart is her compassion and guidance. Going through this kind of change is never easy, but Katherine really took the pain out the process. We are grateful to work with her.
Katherine Prinzivalli sold my house when the market for homes was barely moving! This didn't stop or slow her down. She pulled out all the stops by continuing to pay out of her pocket for months of staging, updating pictures for advertising and holding an open house almost every weekend. She and her husband even cleaned the dock, sweep, mopped and dusted the house since I had moved out of state. She also had a lot of good advice on how to make the house more saleable and arranged to have the work done. I received updates regularly to keep me advised of the house market in the area.
Katherine is easy to work with, always positive, knowledgeable in what she does and very dedicated to selling your house. I would highly recommend her.

Katherine was on top of everything from the start for our cross-country relocation and in understanding our desire to move fast. She moved with urgency around getting us on the market, marketing, and overall communication. Exactly what we needed in our situation, with a favorable outcome in the end. Appreciate her partnership.
