We agreed on a fair price and she found us great buyers and way over asking with just one weekend of open houses! We were buying a home in Tracy and using another realtor for that purchase and Kateryna worked with her and our loan agent to get both houses to close around the same time. Lucky for us Kateryna made the sell of our home smooth, and she even got the buyers to move up their close date.
