Kate Houseman went above and beyond what is expected of the typical realtor. That is because Kate is not "average" in any way. She got the information I wanted about properties I was interested in and set up house appointments very quickly. She even offered to remove dead plants in planters after I had already purchased the property. She even got things done while she was out of town. Very responsive.
