I had an extremely good experience working with Jen and Kate for three primary reasons. 1. They listen Each time we viewed a house, we would talk about my "likes" and "dislikes". During the next set of viewings, they would cater the property selections to the preferences we previously spoke about. I always felt like they cared about me as a client, and my particular needs. 2. They are quick to respond Rarely did I ever have to wait for a response from either of them. I could send a text, email, or make a phone call with a question. If they didn't respond immediately, they would get back to me very shortly after. 3. They explain things If I had any questions about anything like the process of purchasing a home (financing, legality, etc), or an unfamiliar home utility system (e.g. oil heating or certain HVAC units), they could either answer the question themselves or they would refer me to someone/somewhere that would know more information about that particular topic. For those reasons I would highly recommend Jen Russel and Kate Foss. I look forward to working with them again in the future.
