I would like to thank Kathy very much for helping me sell my home in this very difficult market. During the entire process Kathy had the patience and positivity to always make me fell comfortable. She consistently kept me updated on what was going on in the market. She went above and beyond to reach out to every buyers agent to get feedback on the showings. Kathy is professional, hardworking, motivated and her tough negotiation skills helped us find a buyer. I would highly recommend Kathy to sell your home.

We spent a long time looking for a home, and during that time Katalin was absolutely excellent across the board. Katalin gave us all the information and advice we needed and even some we hadn't thought about regarding house purchasing and living. Going from an apartment to a house can be a big change, and she made sure to keep us thinking not only about the larger elements of home life, but also the subtle details in finding the perfect home for our needs. As well, she also recommended us a mortgage agent AND home inspection agency that both went above and beyond in getting us a solid mortgage to a safe property. I would be happy to recommend Katalin to anybody looking to purchase a home, she obviously takes a lot of pride in her work, and I can guarantee she will do her absolute best in making sure it's the right one for you like she did for us.

Kathy Simonka was very kind and patient. She did a lot of research on the market and continued to keep me updated throughout the process. I will recommend her to any of my friends and family looking for help in the real estate market.

Kathy successfully sold my Dad’s condominium in an extremely challenging market. The listing, showing, and meetings for the offer were all conducted with both efficiency and kindness. Thank you for your patience and support, my Dad felt he was working with a trusted friend. We are happy to recommend Kathy Simonka and her team for future real estate transactions.

Katalin was instrumental in assisting to find us a new corporate head office. Our requirements were anything but straightforward but she was able to quickly incorporate our preferences for our new space. Her expertise in helping to navigate a builder and agent in a challenging situation, was the difference that got us across the line. I would certainly highly recommend Katalin, and would definitely consider using her in the future. Her presence is absolutely value added.

Katalin will work tirelessly to find you the right home for the right price. You couldn’t choose a better realtor.

The best
