Kat is the BEST She went above and beyond in every aspect from helping with garage sales to securing various vendors needed before closing She was always available by phone or text with a friendly spirit We’ve gained a lifelong friend through this experience My K

I highly recommend Kat Wetmore, her care and support during the sale of our home was outstanding. Kat goes way above what is expected with her customer service and skills. She was very instrumental in getting our townhome sold. As I was undergoing cancer treatments at Mayo Clinic during this process, Kat became a dear friend. Berkshire Hathaway is fortunate to have her as one of their realtors.

This was my 3rd transaction with Kat. I keep going back to her because she is always upfront and honest and goes above and beyond for her clients. She is truly a joy to be around and work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone for their real estate needs. Definitely a 5- star employee!

Kat was great and knowledgeable in all aspects of purchasing our new home. She guide us step by step through closing and explained each step. Reccomend to anyone buying a house. Carlos and Maria

Kat Wetmore gives above and beyond service . This is my second experience with Kat , both transactions ran smoothly and efficiently. Thank you !

Kat did a fantastic job for us from day one through closing. She consistently went above and beyond, making late night visits, working with an out of town owner, and handling last minute issues the weekend before a Monday morning closing. She handled all repairs and made the process very easy for us. I recommend Kat if you want a smart, honest, transparent, and hard-working partner for your real estate transaction. Thank you!

Kat Wetmore was not only a great real estate agent but now is a wonderful friend. I am so lucky to have had a knowledgeable and caring real estate Agent.

Kat Wetmore gave us the service and advice that epitomizes what an honest, knowledgeable, experienced real estate agent should be. She made all efforts to ask the questions to be sure what we looked at were appropriate for our present and future. Watching her check the little things in each home viewing, revealed her proficiency in the important aspects of construction, seller and buyer perspectives, and reliability for future resale. We are so happy with our new home and owe it all to Kat and her determination to make it the right place for us.

Overall, we've had a very positive experience working with Kat. We would highly recommend her to family and friends. She made helpful suggestions on how to sell our previous home quickly, which it did. She was very accessible, accommodating and patient in our search for our new home. We're glad to have met and worked with such a knowledgeable and experienced real estate professional and will continue to work with her in the future.
