Karman was absolutely amazing from the beginning through the end of the sale of our father’s home. She went over and above our expectations, going out of her way to make things easier for us. We received an offer on the first day of the showing and a better one the second day. And there were 14 showings scheduled in 5 days! We couldn’t have asked for a more personable, professional person to help us through this emotional time in our family’s life. From the bottom of my heart, thank you!

Karman was awesome!! She listened to all of our needs and wants and delivered the perfect home for us. She handled all the details and kept us informed throughout the execution of our offer and contract. It was a pleasure working with her and I highly recommend using Karman if you are looking for a new home or selling your current home. She took care of things that did not fall within her normal duties like finding a cleaner to come in and do a deep clean before we moved in as we are an elderly couple. Thank you Karman for everything!

Karman Christensen was able to get an awesome deal for us! We were able to close on the property in approximately 2 weeks! She was quick, concise, professional, and clear with any questions we had. She made the process so easy for us. Thank you Karman & Lake Norman Realty!
