Karly grew up in Higginsville, MO, a small rural town east of Kansas City. She graduated from the University of Missouri - Kansas City with a Bachelors degree in Communications with an emphases in Interpersonal Communications. Upon graduating she began an career in the non-profit sector. She spent the next 15 years in non-profit fundraising and relationship management for the March of Dimes, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and the American Heart Association. Karly received her real estate license in 2020 and joined the Thomas Real Estate Group. Karly's strong sales and negotiating skills coupled with her passion for helping others make her a loyal, dedicated and customer centered agent. In addition to working with luxury homes, new construction, resale properties and condos she is also a Relocation Specialist, focusing on relocations in and out of the Kansas City area.
