Karla was very energetic and enthusiastic about selling our condo, she acted quickly, had 2 open houses, was generally always available and is bilingual, which was also very helpful. Our only problem was with the "buyers appraisal"- which cost us $13,000. All in all though, I would recommend Karla!..
Karla Andresen was very attentive to our requests and questions. She is very knowledgeable of the community, and our local market and responds immediately when needed. The professionals that she provided for pictures and staging were excellent. We couldn't be more pleased. Karla was very aggressive with regards to the Covid19 requirements during the period when prospective buyers were visiting our home. Only qualified buyers were allowed. She provided plenty of notice as to when perspective buyers were come and view our home. We would not hesitate to recommend to our neighbors.
She did a wonderful job and is such a sweet person. I highly recommend her. She knew our townhome community very well since she herself lives there. She is also on the hoa board and received the most votes, showing she is the best known and well liked. We left the area and were about 1400 miles away so she had to do everything. We left as the movers were finishing up and we could not get either garage door opener to work since we never used them as our car was synced to open. We even had to leave the handling of a softub on the patio and a sauna in the garage up to her as the new owners did not want them. She has dealt with all as a true pro. She is the greatest and gave us updates at least weekly. We will miss her.
We decided to rent our home out and thought we could do it without a realtor. Mistake! Luckily I found Karla, she made the process much easier. Karla is kind, knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful. We are soo happy we found Karla. Not to mention our tenants are awesome.
