We were so lucky to have found Karl. He is the hardest working realtor that we have ever met. He is detailed in his appearance, manners and most of all his knowledge of his industry. His negotiating abilities and preparation of contracts is outstanding.

Karl was amazing to work with. He helped me set goals and criteria for my new place and showed me as many options as were available. Karl never pushed to hard but knew when and how to keep our search on track even if I became distracted. He continues to reach out to me on a regular basis to ensure the moving process and all of the associated paperwork are going well. I have recommended and will continue to recommend Karl to anyone I know looking for a realtor.
