I cannot say enough positive things about Karen Phillips. My wife and I were concerned that we'd have trouble selling our home because the school system in our previous town had declined significantly due to funding shortfalls. We also did not want to have our two young children (ages 3 and 5) attend a troubled school with overcrowded classes. Karen came to our first meeting with a comprehensive game plan already in place. We were really impressed with her professionalism and she had all the market analysis done so we could make an informed decision. She told us how to stage our home and we received ten offers in two days. We didn't have an open house because there were too many offers and all of them were at or above asking price. Karen was able to talk my wife off the ledge several times when the process became stressful and I'm pretty sure they are best friends now. We ended up accepting an offer that was 9% above the asking price, which allowed us to purchase a new home that was more expensive than we could otherwise afford. Karen is an absolute pitbull who will always make sure her clients get the best deal possible. She makes other realtors look like amateurs. More importantly, Karen is great people and truly cares about her clients. Karen Phillips 100% exceeded our expectations and definitely got the job done! Highly recommend!!
