Buying our property with Karen was a breeze. She made it so simple and stress free. She is incredibly organized and on top of things. Nothing gets left out with her in your team. We would ?? recommend Karen to buy a property with!
Karen was absolutely amazing in helping us purchase an avocado property in Temecula area. Her responsiveness was superb. She has great knowledge of the area and the values of properties with or without avocados. We used Karen again when we sold our property in De Luz, and once again, she was so awesome! She gives her clients 110%! I would highly recommend Karen to anybody interested in getting their property sold at the market price!
I am the seller, have my land listed by Karen. She found me buyers, and went back and forth against the buyers, finally sold my land 13k more than what I was willing to sell.
