My fiance, he’s better with this sort of stuff. But Karen made this experience amazing. She was so sweet, always there for us no matter the time of day and gave such good advice. Throughout the entire process of finding a home, multiple offers and getting through the buying process, Karen was always there when we needed her. She often went above and beyond as we were first time home buyers often explaining housing buying terminology in laymen's terms for us and even asking us the most basic questions so we understand everything that was being presented to us. Every question we asked was answered by her within a very short time period, Karen's communication and patience with us for every step was excellent and we thank her greatly for that.
