Karen is extremely knowledgeable and has lots of experience so is capable of dealing with any situation calmly and quickly. She listed my house and sold it within a few days. She was very friendly and responsive. I enjoyed working with her.

Karen was the best agent I've ever had the privilege of working with. She was knowledge, helpful and a great hand-holder!!

This is the third time that we have used Karen in the last 10 years. She is always the most professional realtor that you could have. She is always watching out for your best interests. She took care of our last house after we moved had out of state, during a very difficult sale. We didn’t have any worries about whether she would take care of any issues that would arise . She also found us another great realtor who helped us with our new house out of state. We could not have asked for a better experience, she has become a close personal friend over the years and we will miss her.

We chose Karen because we have known her for many years and we were confident that she would deliver excellent advice and work diligently for us. She did not disappoint us! Her honesty, integrity and willingness to go the extra mile was great!

Absolutely the BEST agent in town! This was my first time selling a house so I had no idea what to expect, and Karen helped me breathe through the entire process. She is most considerate, answers texts and phone calls pronto, and I am so appreciative of all of her support, advice, patience, and many efforts! I would recommend her to everyone 😀❤️✌🏻

Karen is a joy to work with. She is responsive to calls, texts & emails. The relationship with her on various real estate transactions spans over 3 years & she remains highly recommended.
