Karen Joslin is the bomb! Karen has been my realtor for 21 years and helped me with 2 properties during that time, buying and renting them and then selling them. Always great response rate and accurate information. She's maintained our good relationship over two decades and I really appreciate her!
I have worked with Karen Joslin at EWR for years now. We have no worked together on purchasing two homes. I am excited to have her on board to sell my first home as well. Could not be more satisfied with her work!
Thanks to the fabulous Karen Joslin, we found and purchased our dream condo in Philly! Karen is the consummate professional and knows Philly real estate inside and out. She stuck with us through 7 months of searching in center city and two bidding wars. She was almost more determined than we were that we find what we wanted and not get impatient and jump into something that wasn’t quite right or that was more than we could comfortably afford. We feel like we got a great broker—and a friend. Thank you, Karen! Sara and Dan
