Karen was very professional and timely with communications. The current housing market has made it difficult all around and there are always some hard feelings, however, I've worked with many agents in the good and bad times and Karen did as well as I think any agent could. The 5% will always be a hard pill to swallow quite frankly though. I worked with Redfin in CO and was very pleased with their service and what felt like a more fair price. This review is about my experience with McGraw and Karen and that experience was overall very good. I would give 5 stars, but I believe there is always room for growth!
